Through the years of successfully conducting many auctions, Willie Johnson Auctioneer & Associates have earned an enviable reputation throughout the industry. We are well versed in the procedures and requirements of the modern auction. Each transaction is always handled in a friendly efficient manner, and each client will be well represented.

Willie Johnson is well qualified. He has 20 years of experience and education to help assist our client’s with their real estate and estate sale needs. Willie Johnson attended North Carolina A & T State University and Guilford Technical Community College where he earned a degree in Business Administration. He attended Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, High Point, NC. Passing the NC auctioneer licensing exam in 1989. Then Willie attended Dan Mohr Real Estate School, Greensboro, NC. Pass the NC real estate exam in 1993. He also earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation at Indiana University in Bloomington Indiana. Willie Johnson Auctioneer & Associates auction firm was established in 1992 and Willie Johnson Realty firm in 1998. During the years Willie has conducted marketing as a broker and auctioneer in residential and commercial properties at Century 21, and Keller Williams Realties.

In 2005 NC Governor Michael Easley appointed Willie Johnson to the North Carolina Auctioneer Licensing Board where he served as Chairman. He is presently serving on the Auction Forms Task Force of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS. Also in 2005, Willie served as president of the Auctioneers Association of North Carolina. He served as convention chairman for the Auctioneers Association of North Carolina in 2000 and 2004. Willie is a member of the APAC Committee of Auctioneers Association of North Carolina. He is also a member of Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association, North Carolina REALTORS Association, National REALTORS Association and National Auctioneers Association.
